Role Summary
The Lead Associate - Demand role focuses on driving monetization for the assigned category, building and converting brand opportunities, and coordinating execution with internal teams. The position requires strong ownership of plans, targets, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for delivering monetization goals for the assigned category.
- Build a strong brand pipeline for brand-solution pitches and convert opportunities at a healthy rate.
- Prepare and refresh monetization pitch presentations for the category and its brands on a regular basis.
- Design detailed media plans aligned to the planned spend for each brand.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute the monetization media plan end to end, including ad serving and reporting.
- Create monthly plans against targets, track actual performance, and close any gaps between plan and achievement.
- Identify issues early, raise them proactively, and work through problems that could affect target delivery.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with key brands to spot gaps and support corrective action for future months.
- Follow internal processes closely and minimize escalations.
Qualifications and Experience
The role requires an MBA from a Tier 1 college and a total of 3 to 6 years of work experience. At least 2 years of mandatory experience in business development or digital sales within a digital company is needed.
