Noxus is creating the process intelligence layer for the era of AI labor. The company focuses on the hard part of enterprise AI: not model quality, data, or compute, but how work is actually executed inside a business alongside people, older systems, outsourced teams, rules, and compliance needs.

Noxus supports regulated enterprises in redesigning and operating complex workflows with AI workers. These workers do more than answer questions — they can read incoming requests, interpret documents, collect evidence from multiple systems, follow policies, seek approvals when necessary, and update core operational tools with complete traceability.

The product is designed for environments with heavy legacy systems, where essential processes run across SAP, Oracle, CRM tools, policy platforms, loan and claims systems, payment systems, and custom internal software. In many of these settings, people still spend time transferring information between documents, emails, portals, spreadsheets, queues, and systems.

Noxus is positioned for work that is too complex, regulated, and system-dependent for simple automation, yet too slow and expensive to remain fully manual. The company is not a chatbot product, a self-serve agent builder, or a narrow workflow tool. Instead, it provides the execution layer that helps enterprises design, govern, deploy, and continuously improve AI labor in production.

The company already has customers live in production, strong market pull, and founder-led growth. It is now building the internal operating system needed to scale faster.

Role Overview

Noxus is hiring a Founder Associate for its Lisbon office. This is a broad, early-career role for someone exceptional who wants direct exposure to a founder and to see how a high-growth AI company is built from the inside.

You will work across the company’s highest-priority initiatives, including partnerships, certifications, deployment operations, marketing, finance, GTM, and special strategic projects. This is neither a classic analyst position nor an executive assistant role nor a narrow operations job.

The work will often be ambiguous. You will be expected to quickly understand open-ended problems and turn them into practical plans, assets, processes, and execution.

What You Will Do

Work directly with the founder on strategic and operational projects across the business.
Help shape and roll out the partnerships program, including partner levels, onboarding, enablement, co-selling approaches, and operating cadence.
Contribute to the certifications program for partners, deployment teams, and future ecosystem members.
Support the deployment team by creating customer kickoff materials, implementation templates, project plans, onboarding resources, and repeatable delivery workflows.
Assist marketing with research, positioning, campaign planning, job postings, event preparation, content, and execution support.
Support finance and business operations through reporting, budgeting, planning, board materials, investor materials, and internal operating routines.
Conduct market, customer, competitor, and partner research to inform decisions.
Convert messy internal knowledge into clear documents, playbooks, processes, and systems.
Help prepare founder meetings, customer meetings, partner meetings, and internal strategy sessions.
Own ad hoc strategic initiatives where the company needs speed, structure, and delivery.
Build connections across teams as the company expands.

Ideal Candidate

The company is looking for someone early in their career with strong raw capability. You may be a recent graduate or have 0–2 years of experience in consulting, startups, finance, operations, product, or another demanding environment.

Preference is given to candidates with rigorous academic backgrounds, such as IST, Nova, Católica, or similar institutions, but the main focus is on ability, ambition, and output rather than credentials alone.

A vague request such as building a partner certification program should be transformed into a concrete strategy, a benchmark of how comparable companies handle it, a proposed structure, a first version of the materials, a launch plan, and a way to measure results.

The company expects initiative rather than perfect instructions. Strong candidates ask smart questions, move quickly, and return with something tangible.
