  • Keep market mapping data current to uncover expansion opportunities and support timely entry for better cost and competitive positioning.
  • Work toward profitable expansion by negotiating with landlords and mall developers to secure the right location, right store size, and right commercial terms.
  • Evaluate prospective markets to understand business potential and forecast future space needs.
  • Track competitor movements and market activity on an ongoing basis.
  • Map available spaces against current demand and forecasted requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners of commercial properties to identify and shortlist suitable market locations.
  • Support partnered expansion by maintaining a strong franchisee network, both existing and new.
  • Follow the required processes and systems related to Retail Business Development and the organization at large.
