About the internship
As a telemarketing intern with the Indian Institute Of Social Sciences, you will build practical communication skills in English and Hindi while supporting outreach efforts for the institute’s social science programs and services.
What you will do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the institute’s programs and services.
- Identify potential leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Respond to client questions and handle concerns with professional customer support.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in the database.
- Work with the marketing team on telemarketing plans and campaign execution.
- Work toward weekly and monthly targets for lead creation and conversion.
- Join training sessions to strengthen telemarketing ability and product knowledge.
