Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the Internship

This internship sits within the Human Resources function and focuses on recruitment support for Airport Services positions. The role gives hands-on exposure to hiring workflows, candidate coordination, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced airline environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support the complete recruitment cycle for Airport Services hiring needs.
• Identify potential candidates, review profiles, and assist with screening activities.
• Coordinate interviews and keep the recruitment pipeline organized.
• Provide support to the HR team across routine hiring tasks and talent acquisition activities.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who are available for a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 3 June 2026 and 8 July 2026, can commit for 3 months, are based in Mumbai, and bring relevant skills and interest in HR or talent acquisition.

Additional Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or a related discipline is preferred.
• Fresh graduates who want to start a career in HR or talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are important for this role.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is expected.
• The intern should be comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 3,000 to 5,000.
