About the internship
GimaTex Industries Private Limited is offering an in-office internship for a motivated e-commerce associate who wants practical exposure to online retail operations. This role is a chance to work with a business backed by a long-standing textile legacy while gaining experience across product listing management, sales tracking, customer interaction, content creation, and order support.
Applicants with strong MS Excel ability, clear communication, and familiarity with social media marketing and content handling are especially encouraged to apply.
What you will do
- Update and maintain product information across e-commerce marketplaces and related platforms.
- Work with MS Excel to study sales figures and monitor key performance trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media promotion ideas.
- Write engaging copy for product pages, blog articles, and social media updates.
- Handle customer questions and feedback received through online commerce channels.
- Assist with order processing, fulfillment coordination, and inventory-related work.
- Support the team with additional tasks and project-based assignments as required.

Additional information
On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹3,60,000 to ₹4,20,000.
