It is also a technology-led digital services provider working with insurance companies to create both traditional and bite-sized products across life, health, and motor categories.Role OverviewZopper is looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to support B2B sales growth in retail management. This role is focused on building partner relationships, improving stakeholder engagement, and helping drive offline sales performance for Device Protection Plans.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and sustain strong working relationships with brand headquarters, retailers, service centers, and promoters, serving as the main contact for support and issue resolution.Create and conduct training sessions for retail owners, service teams, and promoters so they can clearly explain the benefits and features of Device Protection Plans.Stay connected with stakeholders through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to share updates, provide assistance, and improve awareness.Work with promoters and store owners to increase product visibility and recall, while organizing promotional activities and events to support offline sales.Keep detailed records of sales activity, training sessions, and stakeholder interactions, and share regular updates on performance, market trends, and improvement areas.Who Can ApplyThis opportunity is open only to candidates based in Mumbai.ExperienceNo prior work experience is needed for this role.Other RequirementsAn MBA or a qualification in management or commerce is preferred.Strong command of English and the local or regional language is expected.Previous exposure to B2B sales or stakeholder management will be an advantage.The candidate should show initiative, accountability, and a high-energy approach.Comfort with a field-oriented job that involves daily travel and on-ground interaction is important.Excellent interpersonal ability, communication skills, and relationship-building capability are required.The role demands the ability to work independently while staying aligned with business goals.Candidates should preferably be located in Mumbai.Perks and BenefitsHealth insuranceLife insuranceCompensationThe role offers an annual salary of INR 6,00,000.About ZopperZopper is one of the major players in asset life-care and protection products, with a focus on mobile, appliances, furniture, and lifestyle insurance solutions.
