Project Store Coordinator

Role OverviewThe Project Store Coordinator will oversee the receipt, storage, issue, safeguarding, and final client handover of project materials. The role also involves coordinating with project and construction teams, managing store-related communications, and ensuring compliance with OEM guidance and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize project material storage in line with OEM recommendations.Release materials to construction and commissioning teams as needed.Ensure proper care, handling, and protection of materials during storage.Support the final transfer of materials to the client at project closeout.Manage store-related communication through the register mail system.Participate in erection planning meetings and align material issuance accordingly.Assist in gathering information required for reports and departmental updates.Support and coordinate special assignments handled by the department.Collect required inputs from other departments whenever needed.Process construction and commissioning requests accurately and on time.Address IMIR-related issues and follow through on corrective actions.Prepare and complete necessary reports.Coordinate all LOIs connected to the role.Track material movements daily to ensure issues and returns are completed as per OEM guidance and project needs.Verify that OEM/OM recommendations are followed and that regular checks and inspections are carried out.Additional InformationThis position is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and is a full-time, onsite opportunity.
