The company is scaling in line with Saudi Arabia’s rapid digital transformation and is expanding its footprint in the Kingdom and internationally.
Role Summary
This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a hybrid work setup. It is an internal position where you will help coordinate high-priority initiatives across technology, operations, product, and enterprise integrations. The role involves close collaboration with teams in Riyadh, Dubai, London, and Toronto.
The position is well suited to a delivery-oriented professional with 2 to 5 years of experience who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment.
Key Projects
- Adapting the AI platform for the Saudi market through localization and rollout planning.
- Coordinating API integrations with major government bodies and private-sector organizations in Saudi Arabia.
- Improving internal workflows and automation to support business scaling.
- Assisting with strategic launches that support local digital transformation objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and deliver projects within agreed timelines and scope.
- Act as the connector between engineering, product, and Saudi-based clients or partners.
- Spot delivery risks early and recommend practical mitigation steps.
- Keep project records, milestone tracking, and status updates well organized.
- Run regular progress reviews and share concise updates with leadership.
- Contribute to the improvement of PMO processes, frameworks, and workflows.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or Delivery Lead in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong organizational ability and comfort managing several workstreams at once.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is helpful but not essential.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate there, and able to work during KSA business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to the Saudi tech ecosystem or large-scale giga projects.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Understanding of Saudi labor regulations and the local HR market.
