About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bengaluru, Karnataka for a Java Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience. The position involves working across both server-side and client-side development to build dependable applications that support business goals.
What You Will Do
- Build and support backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Create interactive frontend experiences with React.js.
- Develop REST and GraphQL APIs to enable smooth data exchange.
- Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL/MySQL for storing and fetching data.
- Apply event-driven design using Apache Kafka to improve application efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep work aligned with project objectives and delivery timelines.
- Take part in code reviews and follow strong software development practices.
- Use Git for version control and follow CI/CD practices to streamline releases.
Skills and Experience Required
- At least 2 years of hands-on Java backend development experience, especially with Spring Boot.
- Solid frontend development experience with React.js.
- Practical exposure to API building, including REST and GraphQL.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Understanding of event-driven systems, with Apache Kafka experience.
- Comfort using Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Exposure
- Experience working with microservices-based systems.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of container tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
Applicants should have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in full stack development and prior experience building and deploying production-ready applications. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
