Overview
HSBC is hiring motivated graduates to contribute to business initiatives from its Mumbai location. This position offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional work, where you will support the delivery of key projects and develop a solid base in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and business operations.
Role Summary
In this role, you will work with multiple teams on high-impact initiatives, helping keep projects organized, moving forward, and aligned with business needs. It is suited to someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly, and is eager to grow in a fast-moving corporate environment.
What the Role Involves
- Supporting diverse business projects and day-to-day coordination across teams
- Assisting with project workflows, execution steps, and follow-through on deliverables
- Working with stakeholders and internal partners to keep information and tasks aligned
- Using MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for documentation and presentation work
- Applying an analytical and detail-oriented approach to assigned tasks
- Contributing as a flexible, proactive team member in an evolving setting
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduates from any field, including Commerce, Management, Engineering, Arts, and similar disciplines
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities
- Basic familiarity with project processes and a willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Careful, analytical, and attentive to detail
- Adaptable, curious, self-driven, and collaborative
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship exposure in project support, business operations, or coordination is a plus

Additional Information
- You must complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training, along with the required post-course assessment, as a mandatory condition.
- The apprenticeship term is one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, including later amendments.
- Apprentices will be registered in the NATS portal, where a profile will be created and made available for their viewing.
- After the one-year apprenticeship ends, the Government of India will issue a Certificate of Proficiency, as applicable under the Act, and the apprenticeship enrollment will conclude.
- Any other terms governing the apprenticeship engagement with HSBC will be as stated in the offer letter provided at joining.
