Factory Operations Manager

Role overview

Urbano is seeking a seasoned Factory Operations Manager to take charge of manufacturing activity and strengthen overall operational performance. The role is based in Qatar and focuses on keeping production efficient, coordinated, and aligned with business goals.

What you will do

• Manage the factory’s daily operations and keep production running smoothly.
• Plan, coordinate, and refine production workflows to improve output.
• Make sure production goals, quality expectations, and delivery timelines are consistently met.
• Guide and support teams across production, warehouse, and operations functions.
• Drive better efficiency, stronger productivity, and improved cost control.
• Track key performance indicators and introduce ongoing improvement measures.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, sales, and project teams to align priorities.

What the company is looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in factory or manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and make sound decisions.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Odoo is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
