Role overview
This opportunity is for a Data Analyst position within a growth-stage UK fintech that builds intelligent B2B2C engagement infrastructure for major mortgage lenders. The role sits inside a live data environment and focuses on turning reporting into a stronger analytical engine using Redshift, dbt, and LightDash.
You will help create commercial value through cohort analysis, forecasting, and experimentation insights that support leading financial institutions in guiding more than 1 million consumers through complex financial choices.
What the role involves
The position combines hands-on analytics work with close collaboration across product and engineering. A key part of the role is improving data trust, building deeper models, and helping shape product decisions through behavioural insight.
- Own and maintain the data transformation layer so reporting remains accurate and dependable for client-facing teams.
- Build advanced cohort forecasting and retention models to support board-level reporting for major mortgage lenders.
- Work with product and engineering teams to add tracking for new features and analyse experiments across user journeys.
