Compensation

The offered salary range is 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA.

Key responsibilities

The executive will manage inbound and outbound customer calls, answer queries, support policy-related clarifications, and ensure timely closure of issues through proper coordination and follow-up.

Required profile

Candidates should bring strong communication skills, a service-first mindset, and the ability to work calmly with customers while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.
