Role overview

This role is focused on guiding enterprise clients and agencies in turning WhatsApp into a measurable channel for growth and performance. The position blends strategic consulting, client leadership, commercial expansion, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to enterprise customers and agencies, helping them use WhatsApp as a measurable growth and performance channel.
• Investigate client problems by reviewing business objectives, customer journeys, and performance metrics to uncover root causes and expansion opportunities.
• Create growth strategies backed by data and adapted to different industries, use cases, and customer lifecycle stages so that business outcomes improve in a measurable way.
• Run Executive Business Reviews, workshops, and strategic consulting discussions while bringing Marketing, CRM, Agency, and Product stakeholders into alignment.
• Convert complex client needs into practical recommendations and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to shape scalable solutions.
• Develop durable relationships with senior stakeholders built on trust, strategic direction, and tangible business results rather than reactive account handling.
• Support revenue growth by finding new opportunities, growing current programs, and positioning WhatsApp as a central part of clients’ marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Keep clients informed on market trends, best practices, and new product features while challenging outdated approaches and introducing fresh ideas for growth.

Compensation

For junior-level candidates, the monthly budget is EUR 3,000 to EUR 5,000, depending on experience and overall fit. For senior-level candidates, the monthly budget is EUR 6,000 to EUR 8,000, depending on experience and fit with the role.
