This position is for a city-level business development and monetisation professional who can create durable revenue partnerships with local offices and corporate clients. What you will do

  • Develop and manage a city-wide pipeline that includes offices, corporates, SMEs, co-working spaces, institutions, and business parks that may purchase employee gym memberships.
  • Present, negotiate, and finalize long-term corporate membership arrangements, including employee wellness partnerships, discounted employee plans, bulk membership programs, and renewal plans.
  • Build recurring employer revenue by coordinating employee activation, onboarding assistance, monthly check-ins, usage tracking, and renewals.
  • Identify and secure local monetisation opportunities for gyms, including branding inside the gym, product sampling, launch activations, local sponsorships, partner kiosks, ad placements, and event collaborations.
  • Own additional assigned revenue lines such as trainer certification, certification batches, partner-led training programs, academy/referral income, and other city monetisation products.
  • Coordinate with Centre Managers to ensure smooth execution, while keeping ownership clearly defined: Centre Managers handle walk-in pack sales and personal training sales, and this role manages BD-driven corporate and monetisation revenue.
  • Keep Salesforce updated every day with mapped accounts, meeting notes, proposals, deal stages, expected revenue, collections, activation progress, and renewal dates.

What we are looking for

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, corporate partnerships, local ad sales, institutional sales, or field sales.
  • Previous exposure to selling to HR, Admin, Facilities, Procurement, founders, local business owners, agencies, or corporate decision-makers is highly desirable.
  • Background in fitness, health and wellness, gyms, corporate wellness, media or ad sales, OOH/local marketing, education or training, certification programs, hospitality, or SaaS field sales will be an added advantage.
  • Comfort working toward revenue targets and handling prospecting, cold outreach, meetings, negotiations, proposal preparation, closing, collections follow-up, and renewals.
  • Good understanding of the local market in the hiring city; an existing network across corporate and local businesses is preferred.
  • A graduate degree is preferred.
  • Strong command of Hindi and English is required; Gujarati is preferred for Ahmedabad.
