This position focuses on preparing and assembling cutting tool components for brazing with automated equipment, and it does not involve torch-based brazing.Shift DetailsThis opening is for the second shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.Compensation and BenefitsThe role offers shift premium eligibility, 2 weeks of paid time off, and subsidized healthcare starting on day one.ResponsibilitiesRun automated brazing machines and related equipment in line with established work instructions.Set up and place cutting tool parts correctly for the brazing process.Keep an eye on machine performance during production to support proper bonding and product quality.Check completed parts with simple measuring tools to confirm accuracy and quality.Keep the work area tidy, safe, and well organized.Adhere to all safety standards and quality requirements.RequirementsHigh school diploma or an equivalent qualification.Prior brazing experience is not needed; on-the-job training will be provided.Strong focus on detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.Basic mechanical understanding and a willingness to learn new processes.Comfort working collaboratively in a team-based setting.Ability to remain standing for long periods.Capability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.Comfortable in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.Additional InformationThe employer is an equal opportunity organization.SkillsMachine OperationProduction MonitoringQuality InspectionBasic MeasurementAttention to DetailMechanical AptitudeTeamworkSafety ComplianceTime ManagementManufacturing Workflows
