AI Solution Architect

Role overview

People10 is working toward becoming an AI-native technology services company, with artificial intelligence being woven into engineering, delivery, internal workflows, client solutions, and market positioning. The organization is looking for a seasoned AI Architect to join its leadership group and help steer this shift. Reporting to the CEO, the role will define the company’s AI direction, build AI-first engineering capability, shape offerings for clients, and support People10’s position as a leader in AI-led enterprise transformation. The position is based in Dubai and Bengaluru and will involve collaboration with leadership, clients, partners, and delivery teams across global markets.

What you will do

• Lead AI strategy and transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Drive AI-native engineering and delivery practices within teams.
• Design and evolve AI solutions, accelerators, and innovation-led offerings.
• Advise clients and contribute to the company’s market leadership in AI.
• Build internal capability and help teams adopt AI-focused ways of working.

• Set up AI architecture and governance standards for People10.
• Enable delivery teams to adopt AI-first engineering approaches.
• Create reusable AI accelerators and client-ready AI solutions.

Experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 12 to 18 years of experience across software engineering, architecture, consulting, data, cloud, or enterprise technology leadership. Background in leading large-scale digital, cloud, data, or AI transformation programs is important, along with strong experience in client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management.

Technical expertise

Hands-on familiarity with generative AI and large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, data platforms, data governance, MDM, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, and DevOps/MLOps/AI engineering practices is expected.
