About the internship

Arvex Private Limited (Karan Group) is hiring a Recruitment Intern to support its HR function and gain practical exposure to the hiring lifecycle. This role is designed for someone who wants to build a foundation in recruitment while working closely with the team.

What you will do

• Help identify and shortlist suitable candidates for different openings.
• Publish job postings across relevant channels to reach potential applicants.
• Take part in preliminary interviews and basic candidate evaluations.
• Update and manage candidate records, along with recruitment-related tracking data.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for newly joined employees.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Work alongside teammates on recruitment-related assignments and projects.

Skills and profile expected

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using MS Office, have strong written English communication, and show genuine interest in recruitment and hiring work.

Eligibility

This internship is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, can join between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, and are available for a 3-month duration. Applicants should also bring relevant skills and interest in the field.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 3,000 to INR 5,000.
