About the internship
This part-time, on-site marketing internship with Everest Fleet Private Limited is centered on driver engagement, outreach, and coordination support. The role involves contacting inactive or dropped-off drivers, encouraging them to return to the platform, and building strong relationships with current drivers to create referral opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to inactive or dropped-off drivers to learn why they left and persuade them to rejoin the platform.
- Develop strong connections with existing drivers so they can be turned into referral sources and those referrals can be converted effectively.
- Make service-related outbound calls for Own Now Cars with a customer-focused and sales-driven approach.
- Work with the Purchase Team to help ensure documents are collected and checked on time.
- Oversee FASTag-related work, including distribution, tracking, and resolving related issues.
