About the internship
This internship is focused on hands-on digital advertising and campaign management work. The selected intern will support paid marketing activities across major platforms and will help manage ad accounts, including situations where accounts are suspended and appeals need to be prepared and tracked through email follow-up.
Key responsibilities
- Create and set up Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
- Monitor and manage campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, and other paid search platforms.
- Handle suspended Google and Bing ad accounts by submitting appeals and coordinating follow-ups through email.
Work schedule and operating terms
This role is described as a full-time, in-office internship, and the company also notes work-from-home operating terms for designated shifts. The standard workday is 10 hours, with a minimum of 6 hours for interns. Shifts may be scheduled in the morning, afternoon, or night. Work during assigned hours is expected to be carried out through the company web portal with employee tracking software, and video conferencing through Google Meet may be required. During working hours, personal files and folders, personal banking websites, and adult content websites are not permitted. You also may not work for other companies or on other projects during working hours.

Required background and profile
Candidates should have completed a digital marketing course that includes SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook (Meta) Ads. Prior exposure to live client projects in digital marketing and web development is preferred. A laptop, stable internet connection, and a willingness to learn and grow are also required. Google Ads certification and Meta Ads certification will be an added advantage.

Stipend and additional information
The stipend is ₹6,000 per month, structured as a fixed component of ₹5,000 per month plus an incentive component of ₹1,000 per month. On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected salary is ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,50,000 per year.
