Tendering Specialist

About the role

BSR Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a full-time Tendering Specialist in Jaipur to identify promising bid opportunities, interpret complex tender documentation, and manage the entire submission cycle from portal search to final outcome.

Key responsibilities

• Search for, monitor, and filter relevant tenders on GeM, CPP, and state-level procurement portals.
• Read and interpret NITs, RFPs, and RFQs accurately.
• Draft and assemble complete technical and commercial bid submissions.
• Work closely with engineering, finance, legal, and site teams to gather inputs and align bid requirements.
• Maintain strict compliance with all tender conditions, clauses, and documentation requirements.
• Follow each bid through submission, clarification stages, and final result updates.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in tendering, preferably in infrastructure or government projects.
• Strong command over bid documentation, BOQs, eligibility checks, and contract-related paperwork.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and work effectively with deadlines.
• Education in Engineering or Management, or equivalent practical expertise.
