Role Overview

This position is part of the Assurance team and focuses on Experience Management. The selected candidate will act as the point of contact for assigned SETs, industries, or sector teams, ensuring that resource scheduling is completed on time, follows established guidelines, and supports deployment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary expert on resource management principles and scheduling systems for assigned teams.
  • Partner with GDS Service Delivery teams to build efficient resource portfolios and allocation plans for designated accounts and clients.
  • Spot staffing gaps early and recommend practical scheduling fixes.
  • Make sure resource management and service delivery teams consistently follow staffing policies and procedures.
  • Keep scheduling records accurate and updated within the relevant tools.
  • Improve resource use by applying effective scheduling methods.
  • Review and oversee resource management and deployment activities performed by associates and advanced associates.
  • Support the training and development of Experience Management associates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and redesign processes.
  • Build a strong continuity plan for personal and team operations.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with GDS Service Delivery Managers, Seniors, and onshore experience management/resource management teams.

  • Comfort with MS Office tools.
