About the Role
Oracle Cloud is looking for an energetic, growth-oriented professional who wants to build a career at the intersection of cloud, data, and AI. This role sits within Oracle Cloud’s Sales Development organization and focuses on helping organizations modernize operations, improve decision-making, and scale through secure cloud infrastructure, applications, data platforms, and artificial intelligence.
With a customer base of more than 80,000 across APAC, Oracle is driving digital transformation through integrated cloud offerings. This opportunity offers exposure to sales leadership, technology-led selling, and practical experience in enterprise cloud and AI solutions.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Development Representative focused on Oracle Cloud growth, you will identify, engage, and qualify prospects evaluating Oracle Cloud services. Your work will help build the early-stage sales pipeline by connecting with target accounts, understanding business needs, and introducing the Oracle cloud portfolio.
- Source and qualify demand through inbound leads, outbound outreach, account-based programs, and digital campaigns.
- Discover customer pain points and business priorities that can be solved with Oracle Cloud offerings.
- Hold value-driven conversations about cloud adoption, AI, data modernization, and application transformation.
- Present Oracle’s value proposition clearly to both business stakeholders and technical audiences.
- Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Partner teams to move qualified opportunities forward.
- Use CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, analytics, and AI-supported tools to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Keep account, contact, activity, and opportunity records accurate and up to date.
- Meet or exceed goals related to activity, pipeline creation, and qualification.
Experience and Background
The role calls for 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or customer-facing engagement. Experience in technology, SaaS, software, cloud, or digital solutions is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
You should bring strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to run effective discovery conversations. An interest in cloud computing, data platforms, AI, and digital transformation is important, as is a proactive, structured, and self-driven way of working. You should also be able to adapt quickly and handle customer conversations with confidence.
Experience with tools such as Oracle CX Sales, Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach, or similar systems will be considered an advantage.
