Role Overview
This part-time onsite position is for a Relocation Readiness Assistant based in Baumholder, Germany. The role supports relocation readiness activities, including coordination, briefing preparation, and training assistance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take part in meetings and conferences as required.
- Gather location- and country-specific details and turn them into clear briefings.
- Develop handouts and other training materials for the community.
- Help arrange and prepare the briefing room before sessions.
- Deliver training classes in support of the Relocation Readiness Program.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English well enough to communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and clients and to provide instruction.
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Education Required
An associate degree is required.
