Role Overview
Ariston Services is hiring a Project Manager in Singapore for a full-time, on-site position. The role is suited to a professional who can coordinate complex delivery work across banking, financial services, fintech, or payments-related projects.
Required Experience
You should bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, or Delivery Coordination. Prior exposure to financial services environments and payment-focused initiatives is important for success in this role.
Core Domain Knowledge
The position calls for a solid grasp of payment processing and the wider payment ecosystem. Experience with one or more payment rails or methods is expected, such as payment gateways, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, IMPS, card payments including Visa and Mastercard, and digital wallet platforms. AML experience is mandatory.
Working Style and Collaboration
This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication across teams and business partners. You should be comfortable handling several priorities at once in a dynamic, fast-moving environment while keeping delivery on track.
Project Delivery Skills
Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery approaches is required. The role also depends on strong analytical thinking, accurate documentation, and practical problem-solving ability.
