Role overview

An expanding project consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead logistics, warehouse, and industrial construction assignments across Germany. This Frankfurt-based position focuses on driving complex developments from the earliest planning stages through to final handover, while coordinating closely with international clients, contractors, and a range of specialist teams.

The role suits someone who can manage fast-moving construction environments, keep delivery on track, and maintain strong control over programme, budget, quality, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will do

• Guide logistics and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Bring together architects, engineers, contractors, and specialist consultants to keep work aligned.
• Prepare, track, and update project programmes, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Serve as the main contact for clients and key stakeholders during project execution.
• Assist with procurement, tendering, and contractor coordination.
• Oversee site progress, workmanship quality, and health and safety compliance.
• Run project meetings and ensure clear reporting and communication across all parties.
• Handle project risks, scope changes, and schedule constraints proactively.
• Organise project records, approvals, and final handover requirements.
• Make sure delivery meets client expectations, timeline targets, and commercial goals.

What is required

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field.
• Hands-on experience delivering logistics, warehouse, industrial, or commercial construction projects in Germany.
• Solid knowledge of construction delivery, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and outside contractors.
• Understanding of German construction standards, approvals, and project procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus excellent organisation and a practical, solutions-driven mindset.
• Confidence working independently in a fast-paced project setting.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Freelance contracting background is considered an advantage.

Eligibility

Candidates must already be living in Germany and have the legal right to work there.

Additional information

Location: Frankfurt, Germany.

Salary: €70,000 to €90,000.
