Program/Project Management Associate Analyst

Overview

This role supports the transitions manager in planning and delivering one or more migration initiatives. The focus is on coordinating the movement of specified roles into the GCC and making sure the transition is executed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the successful migration of assigned roles into the GCC.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to share knowledge and ensure the delivery team is fully prepared for go-live.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of international experience, with a strong background in participating in or running onshore knowledge-center operations in HR, finance, sales, or marketing tower alignment.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, along with strong stakeholder management and client-handling skills across domestic and international environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus solid interpersonal ability.
• Capability to manage change in a fast-moving, evolving, and fluid setting.
• Demonstrated strength in project execution and delivery is preferred.
• Working knowledge of metrics, process improvement, lean, and six sigma will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
