Role Overview

Adani Enterprises Limited is looking for a Program Management professional to lead cybersecurity awareness, training, and culture-building initiatives across the organization and the wider group.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run organization-wide cybersecurity awareness programs.
• Plan phishing simulations, study user responses, and use the insights to improve behaviour.
• Work with multiple cyber teams to identify training and awareness needs.
• Design learning modules tailored to different roles.
• Create and manage induction sessions for new joiners in the cybersecurity function and across the group.
• Drive email-based awareness campaigns and social engineering exercises.
• Measure program impact and present awareness metrics and outcomes.
• Conduct cyber crisis simulation exercises across the group.
• Prepare the yearly cybersecurity awareness schedule and calendar.
• Develop communication materials such as emails, posters, and videos for awareness drives.
• Make sure all mandatory regulatory training obligations are met.
• Continuously review training approaches and improve their effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external vendors for phishing simulation and awareness platforms.
• Organize cybersecurity events, including Cybersecurity Month, workshops, and related sessions.
• Strengthen a security-first mindset across business units.
• Guide team members and support learning-focused initiatives.
• Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams on enterprise-wide training programs.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders and business unit CISOs.

Qualifications and Experience

The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related discipline, along with 5 or more years of experience in cybersecurity training and awareness. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to phishing simulation tools, a solid grasp of cyber threats and social engineering, and experience creating awareness campaigns and training programs. Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and applicable regulatory expectations is important. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential. Certification such as CSAP or an equivalent security awareness or human risk management credential is preferred.

Additional Information

This is a full-time onsite role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

The position focuses on enterprise cybersecurity education, stakeholder coordination, and group-wide awareness execution rather than technical security operations.
