Investing can be stressful, emotional, and time-intensive. Many people find it hard to manage money and grow wealth through conventional investment methods. Dezerv aims to make wealth building simpler by using deep investment expertise to help people invest more effectively for the long term.

Role overview

This Product Manager position is focused on building a differentiated wealth management experience that combines technology with human interaction. You will work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to shape solutions for affluent investors.

The role goes beyond traditional product ownership. You will be expected to take responsibility for outcomes, contribute across sales and operations when needed, and help solve complex issues across investments and user engagement. The work is hands-on and execution-heavy, not limited to managing technical sprints.

Key focus areas

• Take full ownership of end-to-end investment execution journeys, including payments, SIPs, settlements, reconciliations, and client reporting, with a strong focus on reliability and precision.
• Develop a scalable wealth management product experience.
• Drive progress by owning both the product and the route to success, with substantial autonomy in decisions.
• Motivate and align cross-functional teams through strong ideas, energy, and leadership.
• Scale with the company as responsibilities grow and your work influences business performance and P&L.

What success in this role looks like

You should be comfortable taking ownership, working with data, and framing problems clearly so the team can move faster. A practical, action-oriented mindset is important, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and stay accountable for results.
