Role Overview
As the Operations Data Analyst for the Outbound Program, you will own the day-to-day data, reporting, and analysis needs for the outbound Care Advocate team. You will gather and organize operational data, monitor performance, surface trends, and help leaders make informed decisions. This position works closely with the leadership team to strengthen reporting systems and provide consistent data support as the program expands.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, compile, and structure operational data on a recurring basis from CRM systems, dialer platforms, and other contact center tools.
- Create and update dashboards and reports that monitor outbound metrics such as contact rate, conversion, call volume, and advocate productivity.
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting with leadership.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across reports, trackers, and related data tools.
- Review performance data at both team and individual levels to spot patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Support leaders with custom data requests, ad hoc analysis, and deeper performance reviews.
- Turn analysis into clear, practical summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify data issues or performance concerns and escalate them promptly.
- Help develop and maintain reporting structures and data-tracking processes for the outbound program.
- Build and manage spreadsheets, templates, and tracking tools that support day-to-day operations.
- Look for ways to simplify data collection and reporting workflows and recommend improvements.
- Document reporting methods, definitions, and data sources to improve consistency and continuity.
- Partner with leadership to ensure reporting aligns with program goals and performance standards.
- Respond to requests from cross-functional partners accurately and on time.
- Support special projects and other analysis or reporting needs as assigned.
- Take on any additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience may be accepted.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in data, reporting, or operations support is required; experience in a contact center or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or newer analytics technologies is an advantage.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
- Experience with CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accurate, reliable data.
- Ability to juggle multiple reporting priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a small cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or contact center operations is a plus.

- A naturally detail-focused approach and pride in maintaining clean, organized data.
- Confidence working with large datasets and building analytical skills in a practical setting.
