Descripción del trabajo

About the role

Socha Capital is a rapidly expanding multi-family office advisory firm that works with entrepreneurial founders, repeat business builders, and ultra-high-net-worth families. The firm focuses on delivering sophisticated advice, trusted partnership, and meaningful results for clients who expect more than a standard service experience.

The company places strong emphasis on operational excellence as the foundation of great client service. As an Operations Associate, you will help strengthen the internal systems that keep the organization running smoothly, support growth initiatives, and improve the way work is executed across the business. This position is hands-on and goes beyond routine administrative support.

You will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to improve business processes, maintain reporting quality, support CRM data integrity, and help build scalable systems. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, analytical, self-driven, and motivated by solving problems and bringing structure to complex workflows.

What you'll do

  • Work alongside the Operations Manager to carry out strategic operations initiatives and improvement projects.
  • Take ownership of recurring reports and dashboard upkeep so information remains accurate, current, and useful.
  • Create, update, and refine Excel-based reporting tools and data models.
  • Review operational data for errors, gaps, and inconsistencies, then help improve overall data quality.
  • Keep Redtail CRM records clean and reliable through regular review, correction, and quality checks.
  • Develop and maintain Redtail workflows, automations, and business process structures.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities and identify ways to increase visibility into operations.
  • Coordinate projects across teams by monitoring deadlines, tracking follow-ups, and helping ideas move into execution.
  • Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and inventory logs.
  • Test workflows and process changes before they go live.
  • Spot opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and process improvements.
  • Partner with colleagues across departments to support consistency and ongoing improvement.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, business operations, project coordination, business systems, or a closely related function.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel ability, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms; familiarity with Redtail and Asana is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar solutions for productivity, automation, analysis, or project support.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accurate data.
  • Comfort working with new technologies and business systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving growth environment.

Success traits

  • You prefer taking initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
  • You enjoy diagnosing issues and improving processes.
  • You like working with data and turning it into something actionable.
  • You naturally look for ways to make systems more efficient.
  • You are dependable, organized, and consistent in following through.
  • You work well with others to build better ways of operating.

Why this opportunity stands out

This role offers the chance to work directly with the Operations Manager and leadership team on initiatives that matter to the firm's growth. You will help shape the systems and processes that support the next phase of expansion, while also gaining room for professional development and broader responsibility over time.

Ideal fit

This position will suit someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving the way teams work, and helping build a strong, scalable organization.
