About the roleLTSCT is hiring an experienced Public Relations leader to own and steer its PR and media agenda. This position calls for a senior professional who is comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership, initiative, and independence. The selected candidate will shape corporate storytelling, technology positioning, media relations, and reputation management to enhance the brand’s visibility across India, the US, Europe, and Japan.What you will doDesign and run integrated PR plans that support the company’s brand direction, business priorities, and leadership goals.Create and maintain strong connections with journalists, analysts, and media houses across technology, business, and trade coverage in India and international markets.Build executive visibility by securing interviews, op-eds, speaking opportunities, and other thought-leadership placements.Draft and refine press releases, speeches, articles, and related communication materials so they remain clear, engaging, and aligned with the organization’s voice.Respond to reputational issues and communication emergencies by managing crisis messaging, media handling, and mitigation plans.Plan and supervise press events, launches, conferences, and promotional activities so they support PR objectives and run smoothly.Coordinate with PR agencies and cross-functional teams to keep messaging consistent and brand tone aligned.Carry out research on audience perception and market developments, then use findings to improve campaign effectiveness.Partner with internal teams to ensure employees receive consistent updates and messaging around company initiatives and news.Handle stakeholder communication with business units, customers, and partners while addressing concerns effectively.Prepare periodic reports on media coverage, PR activity, and campaign performance, along with recommendations based on analysis.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in PR, media, communication, journalism, or a related discipline.12 to 15 years of experience in public relations, media, brand activations, or media management, ideally in semiconductor, energy, automotive, or technology environments.Demonstrated success in leading PR strategy and execution across global markets.International exposure in handling PR for regions such as the US, Europe, and Japan is preferred.Proven ability to manage corporate communications, large-scale media relations, thought leadership, and reputation programs.Strong network across business and technology media ecosystems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience using digital PR tools, media analytics, and measurement frameworks is desirable.Strong strategic thinking with solid execution ability.Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capability.Assertive, proactive, and self-directed approach with the ability to turn early ideas into successful campaigns.Strong organisational and project management skills to juggle multiple priorities at once.Ability to think analytically and assess the impact of PR on business outcomes.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Interest in technology and innovation-led communication.Additional informationThis role emphasizes corporate communications leadership, media relationship building, crisis readiness, content development, and cross-functional coordination.Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.Employment type: Full-time, onsite.
