Overview
EY’s Data and Analytics practice in Asia-Pacific combines scale, specialist expertise, and modern technology to help organizations strengthen, optimize, and safeguard their operations through data-led strategies and analytics solutions.
This opening is for an Associate in the DnA team based in Singapore. The engagement is a 3-month contract, with the possibility of renewal depending on project needs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor systems and batch processes each day to ensure stable operations.
- Verify that all required services are running as expected.
- Start necessary batch jobs and confirm they complete successfully.
- Carry out basic diagnostics and troubleshooting, and escalate issues promptly when needed.
- Follow the assigned shift roster, including 24x7 coverage and night shifts for production support.
- Escalate issues carefully and consistently to team leads.
- Prepare and share regular daily reports on batch status.
Requirements
- A diploma in IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Availability to work on a 3-month contract, with renewal subject to project requirements.
- Comfort working in a shift-based setup, including night duty.
- Dashboarding experience in Tableau or Power BI is an added advantage.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- A disciplined, innovative, resourceful, and resilient approach, with the ability to perform under pressure.
