Role overview

This opportunity is aimed at a fresher seeking a first full-time role. If you already spend time on Instagram and want to turn that familiarity into paid work, this position is a strong fit. No formal degree or previous job experience is needed, but you should be steady in your routine and comfortable with the basics of using Instagram.

What you will do

• Handle 10 to 30 Instagram accounts using company-issued phones.
• Set up new accounts when needed.
• Repost and schedule 4 to 5 videos for each account every day, typically at 8 am, 1 pm, and 7 pm.
• Search for trending videos suitable for reposting and perform simple mobile video edits such as trimming clips and adding audio.
• Draft captions with the help of AI tools.
• Respond to direct messages across multiple accounts.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Instagram basics.
• Previous hands-on experience with reposting content on Instagram.
• A dependable and consistent work style, with the ability to follow a daily posting schedule.
• Comfort using AI tools to create captions.

Compensation

The fixed pay is INR 15,000 per month. In addition, you can earn INR 500 for every video that reaches 1 million views, with the monthly performance bonus capped at INR 15,000.
