Graphic Designer with Basic Video Editing

Role overview

Sathi Solutions is seeking a creative, detail-focused Graphic Designer for its Chabahil, Mitrapark, Kathmandu office. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will produce eye-catching visual content for both digital and print channels.

What you'll do

• Develop graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Design polished branding and promotional assets.
• Carry out simple video edits for social media and promotional use, including cutting clips, adding text, transitions, music, and basic effects.
• Maintain visual consistency across all design and marketing outputs.
• Work closely with marketing and development teammates to shape creative ideas and campaign visuals.
• Prepare final, production-ready files for both print and digital delivery.
• Handle several design assignments at once while meeting deadlines.

What we're looking for

• A strong graphic design background supported by a creative portfolio.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or comparable design tools.
• Basic video editing ability using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, or similar software.
• Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Education in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
