About the Role

SiiRA is looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with practical exposure to AdTech, digital advertising, or programmatic media. In this position, you will help create and scale advertising platforms, audience solutions, reporting systems, and other data-led products that power campaign delivery, measurement, and optimization.

The right candidate will have direct experience with advertising technologies, high-volume data environments, and contemporary web applications. A solid grasp of digital media ecosystems such as DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, identity tools, and audience targeting systems is important for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, enhance, and support full-stack applications that assist advertising operations, campaign administration, audience activation, and reporting workflows.
  • Develop fast, intuitive front-end experiences and dashboards for internal users, clients, and media partners.
  • Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and data pipelines that handle advertising, audience, and campaign performance information.
  • Connect internal systems with external AdTech products such as ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, data vendors, and measurement tools.
  • Work closely with product, data, analytics, and commercial stakeholders to launch innovative advertising solutions.
  • Improve application speed, scalability, security, and overall system reliability.
  • Set up and support monitoring, logging, and issue-resolution practices for live production environments.
  • Contribute to architecture conversations and help shape technical direction and product roadmap planning.
  • Assist with CI/CD workflows and deployments in cloud environments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
  • Prior work in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, streaming, or related advertising technology environments.
  • Strong command of JavaScript or TypeScript, along with a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Experience developing backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar technologies.
  • Working knowledge of advertising platforms and ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and audience or identity solutions such as GAM, FreeWheel, LiveRamp, or DV360.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, plus cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising, campaign measurement, and audience targeting concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
