About the Organization
Godrej Industries Group serves more than 1.1 billion consumers worldwide through businesses that hold leading positions in consumer products, real estate, agriculture, financial services, and chemicals.
Role Overview
This position sits within the Corporate Centre of Excellence and is suited to an HR professional who can combine strong analytics with strategic thinking. The role goes beyond traditional survey management and focuses on talent attraction in digital spaces, early-career experience design, and turning employee feedback into actionable leadership decisions.
The selected person will own the full design, governance, and rollout of the employer branding approach, the 4Cs engagement framework, and the Employee Experience roadmap for key lifecycle moments across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run a structured content calendar for digital and internal channels such as LinkedIn, Grove, and internal portals to highlight talent stories and support careers branding.
- Work with communication and business teams to deliver both online and offline talent attraction initiatives, including campus outreach and selection-day execution.
- Act as the owner for continuous listening through Amber or a similar platform, ensuring quick closure of cases, strong SLA adherence, and conversion of feedback into measurable business action.
- Drive the 4Cs engagement model by coordinating initiatives focused on connect, collaborate, care, and celebrate, while also partnering on wellbeing programs with medical, health, and rewards teams.
- Maintain the engagement scorecard across business units, monitor compliance through central digital systems, and present dashboard updates to HR leadership and BU heads.
- Lead the phased onboarding journey, including mandatory Phase 1 e-learning modules and Phase 2 live sessions, and track completion as a requirement for probation confirmation.
- Rework early-career experiences for campus hires, track attrition and manager coaching metrics, and ensure fresh talent is placed on priority annual operating plan projects.
- Implement the Employee Experience framework across important touchpoints such as pre-joining, day 1, first 30 days, confirmation, promotion, and exit.
- Own the central EX dashboard, measure automated moment-based NPS, and use survey feedback to recommend policy and process improvements to HR leadership.
- Run and promote recognition programs such as UNLEASH Awards, Long Service Awards, and Godrej Awards, ensuring broad coverage across plants and corporate teams.
- Coordinate with HR business partners to improve recognition reach and reduce delays in acknowledging employee contributions.
Experience and Profile
The role calls for post-MBA experience in employee engagement, corporate HR, organization culture, or employer branding.
Strong Excel skills are essential for framework governance, scorecard management, and survey analysis. Familiarity with continuous listening tools such as Amber or equivalent platforms is preferred.
The position also requires the ability to manage several parallel initiatives at once, along with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills for working with BU representatives, HR business partners, and HR leadership.
