Role Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide senior-level administrative and operational support to assigned executive leaders. This person will act as a reliable partner who helps executives work efficiently through proactive calendar oversight, meeting coordination, travel management, communication support, and collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Run complex executive calendars across multiple time zones while managing priorities, conflicts, and changing business needs.
  • Set up internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, team gatherings, and other business events.
  • Book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, itineraries, and expense coordination.
  • Organize agendas, decks, reference materials, and post-meeting follow-up items.

Compensation
