About the company

The UGC Agency is a well-established UK-based user-generated content agency that has grown into a leading organic search result for its niche. It works with major brands across technology, dating, and retail, and draws on a creator network of more than 8,500 vetted talent. Following a recent acquisition, the business is in a growth phase and is looking for a key hire to strengthen and scale its delivery operations.

Role overview

This position is for a Creative Project Manager who will take full ownership of campaign delivery from the initial brief through to final approval. The role is centred on project coordination, deadline management, quality control, and ensuring all contributors are aligned throughout the process. Beyond delivering campaigns, you will also help shape the systems, workflows, and templates that make the agency’s output more scalable as it expands.

Key duties

  • Manage every stage of campaign delivery, including timelines, dependencies, approvals, and workflow coordination.
  • Carry campaigns from a finalised brief through to completion and client sign-off, ensuring work is delivered on schedule and to the required standard.
  • Develop and refine repeatable processes, templates, and operational systems that support growth.
  • Direct and coordinate internal team members and freelancers, keeping tasks moving and deadlines visible and accountable.
  • Handle creator briefing through one-to-one calls, detailed direction, and careful quality checks.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients on live campaigns and maintain confidence through clear communication.
  • Contribute creative thinking where needed, including strategy, scripting, and hook development.

Work setup and travel

The role is remote and intended for a UK-based professional who is within reasonable reach of London. You will occasionally attend client workshops or meetings in and around London, typically once or twice per month at most. Travel and related expenses are covered by the employer.

Experience and fit

The ideal candidate brings direct, hands-on experience managing UGC campaigns from start to finish, including sourcing creators, shaping scripts, and overseeing delivery. A strong background in project or production management is important, particularly in agency, creative, content, or campaign environments. You should be comfortable balancing competing priorities, delivering high volumes of short-form creative content on time, and working independently in a remote team.

Additional requirements

  • Proven experience running UGC campaigns end to end is essential.
  • At least 3 years of experience owning projects or production from start to finish in an agency, creative, content, or campaign setting.
  • Strong project management ability with a reliable approach to timelines and multi-tasking.
  • Confidence in handling client relationships directly.
  • A practical mindset focused on building structure and systems that improve scale and consistency.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload in a remote environment.
  • Being within reach of London for occasional in-person meetings is required.

Preferred background

  • Experience in UGC, influencer marketing, or creator marketing.
  • Experience in briefing, creative direction, and short-form scripting.
  • Experience leading a small team.
  • Knowledge of European languages is an advantage for EU-facing campaigns.

Growth and progression

This is a role the company intends to build around. As the delivery function grows, there is a clear progression path from campaign ownership into production leadership, with potential advancement into senior, head-of, and eventually director-level responsibilities.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is £37,000 to £45,000. In addition, a performance-based bonus is expected to be introduced as the role grows, with the exact structure to be agreed later. Travel for London-based meetings is reimbursed.

Application note

Candidates are expected to submit a CV along with 2 to 3 examples of campaigns or projects they have managed end to end. Applications without supporting examples will not be considered. Review is taking place on a rolling basis.
