Coordinator - Vendor Quality

Requirements

The role is intended for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large, complex datasets without losing accuracy. You should be experienced with SAP Quality Module and related business systems, and have a solid understanding of quality systems, supplier documents, and ingredient data management. Success in this role also depends on strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder handling, and the ability to stay organized while managing several priorities in a fast-moving, globally connected environment. A self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement is important.

Preferred strengths

• Experience in vendor quality, regulatory compliance, or ingredient risk management programs.
• Advanced reporting and analysis skills in Power BI and Excel.
• Exposure to global master data governance or process harmonization initiatives.
• Experience supporting automation, simplification, or process-improvement work.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and solve business challenges proactively.

Work location and environment

The position is based in Chennai, Guindy, India and follows a hybrid work model.
