You will be the first human touchpoint for people who have already interacted with the product through advertising, app installs, or sign-ups. What you will do

  • Reach out quickly to inbound prospects coming from digital campaigns, app downloads, and free sign-ups.
  • Connect with leads by phone, WhatsApp, and email to uncover their needs and show how the product addresses their challenges.
  • Move prospects smoothly through the decision-making process until they convert to paid subscribers.
  • Keep the sales pipeline organized and record every interaction and follow-up accurately in the CRM.
  • Work toward monthly conversion and revenue targets, and aim to exceed them.
  • Gather feedback from prospects and share useful market insights with the product and marketing teams.
  • Develop relationships that can generate referrals, upsells, and renewals over time.
