Role overview
As an Assistant Manager, you will partner with the Store Management Team to make sure every customer enjoys a strong Tillys shopping experience. The role centers on leading by example in service and selling, while also supporting hiring, training, and the growth of store associates.

You will help keep store operations running efficiently, contribute to a positive and well-organized store atmosphere, and support the broader management team in day-to-day retail leadership.
