Role summary
Kurasa is looking for an AI Workflow Engineer in Saudi Arabia to help expand creative output by designing, improving, and scaling AI-driven production systems. The role focuses on building smarter workflows that speed up delivery while maintaining strong quality.
Core responsibilities
- Create and support AI capabilities that assist with creative work.
- Refine and improve Claude prompts so outputs are more accurate and useful.
- Design agentic automation and multi-step workflows using Claude and other AI tools.
- Adopt new Claude features and emerging AI models as they are released.
- Assess new AI platforms and bring in tools that add value.
- Run tests, track results, and continuously improve workflow performance.
- Find slow points or failure points in processes and solve them for better speed and reliability.
- Write clear internal documentation and maintain runbooks for team use.
- Keep up with developments in AI and suggest practical improvements or innovations.
Required skills and experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with Claude, including its API, models, and features.
- Solid understanding of large language models and how to work with them effectively.
- Experience using APIs or scripting languages such as Python or Node.js.
- Ability to build, test, and refine AI-powered solutions through iteration.
- A systems-oriented mindset with a focus on improving workflows and processes.
- Careful attention to output quality and detail.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to experiment.
Preferred background
- Exposure to DevOps, automation, or workflow optimization.
- Experience with agentic AI or complex multi-step automation.
- Familiarity with creating internal tools.
- Working knowledge of several AI platforms and tools.
