Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with full-stack expertise to innovate and develop outstanding products using React, Typescript, Node.js, and GraphQL. This role involves leveraging deep technical knowledge and a passion for innovation, including Generative AI, to create exceptional user experiences that will help build tomorrow’s banking landscape today.

Responsibilities
- Develop cross-platform applications utilizing Typescript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL, utilizing Expo to accelerate delivery and reduce native complexities.
- Lead full-stack engineering projects by owning system architecture, design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable back-end services and intuitive front-end interfaces with reliable integrations.
- Guide the technology strategy of Unloan by designing scalable architectures aligned with business objectives and spearheading complex cross-team initiatives.
- Maintain hands-on expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies to build high-performance platforms and solve advanced technical problems.
- Implement cloud-native engineering practices using platforms such as Azure or AWS, containerization with Docker (and optionally Kubernetes), and manage CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus Deploy.
- Promote engineering excellence by focusing on innovation, quality, and speed, supported by observability, automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, and practical delivery methods.
- Mentor and uplift the engineering team by setting rigorous technical standards and encouraging creativity and problem-solving in FinTech and home lending domains.
