Role overview
Procore is hiring motivated and high-performing people to join its sales organization. This role sits within the Sales Development team, a key part of the company’s go-to-market engine and a major contributor to its growth over recent years. As a Sales Development Representative, you will build knowledge of the construction sector and Procore’s software so you can help solve challenges in one of the world’s largest industries.
The company values ambitious goals, teamwork, and a positive culture. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Development, is based in the Sydney, Australia office, and is intended for an immediate start.
What you will do
- Generate fresh business leads and opportunities that support Procore’s expansion.
- Work closely with an Account Executive to meet shared monthly sales targets.
- Reach out to construction professionals by phone, email, and other communication channels to learn about their needs and surface possible solutions.
- Take initiative beyond the core job scope to improve processes, training, technology usage, and broader team performance.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to build focused prospect lists, calling approaches, and messaging that drives new opportunities.
- Carry out day-to-day prospecting work such as researching accounts before calls, making a high number of outbound calls, following up with earlier contacts, and keeping Salesforce information up to date.

Compensation and additional notes
The base salary range for this position is AUD 62,160 to AUD 85,470 per year. The on-target earnings range is AUD 88,800 to AUD 122,100 annually. The role may also qualify for equity compensation and/or bonus incentive pay. Final pay will depend on job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
