Role overview
This remote position focuses on nurturing client relationships, delivering a consistently high level of service, and helping ensure clients remain satisfied with the support they receive. The role is centered on communication, coordination, and long-term client retention.
Compensation
The monthly pay range for this position is $5,500 to $6,300.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients and handle day-to-day communication.
- Coordinate and follow through on client service needs and requests.
- Keep track of client satisfaction and flag any concerns that may affect retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and records.
- Support efforts aimed at improving client retention and long-term engagement.
