R2R Analyst

Role Overview

This position is for an R2R Analyst based in Gurugram, India, with NTT DATA, Inc. The role focuses on core record-to-report accounting work, period-end close support, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day financial entries and ensure records are updated correctly.
• Help prepare and keep the general ledger organized and reconciled.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes.
• Handle bank reconciliation work, fixed asset accounting, accruals, and related accounting tasks.
• Prepare intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations on time and with accuracy.
• Follow internal SOPs, control requirements, and SLA commitments.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process execution.
• Support the team by helping resolve operational or work-related issues.
• Take ownership of additional accounting and reporting tasks as needed.
