Part-Time Exam Invigilator

Job Overview

American Academy For Training is looking to hire dependable and meticulous Part-Time Exam Invigilators based in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This position requires weekend availability to oversee examinations, ensuring strict adherence to rules and maintaining an impartial and secure testing atmosphere.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Workdays: Fridays and Saturdays only
• Shift duration: minimum 6 hours up to a maximum of 12 hours depending on exam schedules
• Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor candidates during examinations to guarantee full compliance with established rules and regulations
• Confirm candidate identities and organize seating arrangements prior to exam commencement
• Maintain vigilance over test-takers to detect and prevent any cheating or misconduct
• Address any irregularities or incidents in line with examination policies
• Maintain a quiet and well-controlled environment suitable for testing
• Prepare comprehensive reports after each exam session documenting attendance, incidents, and general observations
• Ensure timely submission of these reports to the management team

Qualifications & Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong ethical standards
• Capability to stay alert and concentrated for prolonged periods
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Calm and professional approach to handling stressful scenarios
• Previous experience in invigilation or administrative tasks is advantageous
• Must be available specifically on Fridays and Saturdays
