The Role
In this leadership position, you will report to senior management and take ownership of all site-level manufacturing, warehousing, maintenance, scheduling, and inventory activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Guide, coach, and build capability within the operations leadership group.
- Lift performance across safety, quality, service, and cost measures.
- Strengthen manufacturing efficiency, output, and customer experience.
- Lead maintenance approaches that improve equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
- Oversee production scheduling, stock management, and distribution workflows.
- Drive improvement initiatives and manage capital-related projects.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support expansion and customer satisfaction.
About You
You should bring substantial leadership experience from manufacturing or operational environments, along with the confidence to develop teams and influence performance.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior manufacturing or operations leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing teams.
- Exposure to manufacturing, warehousing, maintenance, or supply chain functions.
- Strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and improving business outcomes.
- Tertiary education in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a similar field.
